Hotel Wing International Kobe - Shinnagata Ekimae

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wing! We were greeted by extremely friendly staff who made us feel welcome right away. Our room was exactly as described and we were so grateful as we booked a non smoking room. We really enjoyed the complimentary amenities such as the slippers, skin care products and free beverages. Our room was comfortable and clean. The hotel is near a 7-11, McDonald’s and only a five minute walk to Shin-Nagata metro station making it super easy to commute in the city. We would highly recommend staying here if you stay in Kobe!

The location of the hotel was superb, you have the station and underground just a 5 minute walk away, dozens of shops and maybe a hundred restaurants within a few minutes walk of the hotel. (Don't miss the shopping area, turn right out of the entrance and first right down the side street) The staff were truly exceptional, they made a supreme effort despite me struggling with even basic Japanese and were courteous and attentive. The room had an incredible array of amenities, featuring pretty much everything you would ever need, plus the facilities in the hotel itself were excellent and took care of all my needs.

Very comfortable, clean room perfect for one traveler. With more than one it would be a little tight. There was plenty of room to open my suitcase at the end of my bed, which was a nice change from some Japanese hotels. The location was very close to the station, which was very convenient. The McDonalds next door can also be convenient for breakfast or late night food. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Close to lots of eateries and ATM machines as well as the train station. A quieter part of Kobe. Very obliging staff. A good breakfast with a good variety of Japanese and western food. Coffee and drinks machine accessible 24/7. Free Sake in the evening!

Good location within easy access of the subway. Room was clean and functional, exactly what we expected. Breakfast was very good. We made use of the washing machines whilst we were there which was a bonus. Plenty of places to eat around the hotel and convenience stores within a 2 minute walk.
